Staff Portrait Photographer Hobart
Gone are the days where staff portraits were taken by a colleague with a mobile phone. To look professional, you need quality images, and that’s on of my specialties.
Staff portraits (headshots) are important for any business website. It’s an opportunity for potential customers to visualise who they are or will be dealing with.
I am a proud Tasmanian photographer, based in Hobart. I am proud of our businesses here in our beautiful island state. We should do all that we can, to support each other and if that means beautiful photography not just in Hobart but the entire state, let’s get to it!
Kris + Peta | Stonefield Wedding Brighton
The sun was making occasional appearances, it was comfortably warm and everything was going to plan, then the sky opened up and it poured - damn it! Stonefield at Brighton, is only twenty or so minutes from Hobart and is an amazing place to get married. It has...

Amit + Julia | St Canice | Hobart Wedding Photographer
Amit and Julia were married at St Canice in Sandy Bay here in Hobart. The ceremony was held there because the church is very special to the family. I like it when there is a greater emotional connection at a wedding, everyone seems more involved in the fun. The...

Analogue Instagram
I have two old film cameras - they are the cameras I learnt photography with when I was at school... In my opinion, photography wasn't half as much fun then as it is now. I am impatient and like instant visual feedback (looking into the back of one of my cameras -...
Spring has sprung | Hobart wedding photographer
Wow. What a beautiful day it was for a wedding on the first day of Spring here in Hobart. We started off up at Mount Nelson Signal Station, with crisp clear blue skies and not a breath of wind. From there, it was off to the city for a touch of indoor formal...
Getting ready on your big day.
This applies more to the girls than the boys. On your big day, you need to get ready (duh) and getting ready is a great part of the series of events of the day and should be a lot of fun. You might be getting your hair and make-up done by professionals - yay! You...
Playing with fire
Last night I went to Kingston Beach with the dudes from Creative Photo Workshops. They organise some of the weirdest things, it's awesome. It was fun photographing models (they were all lovely and patient, considering just how cold it was... we had a blast and I took...
