One of my favourite gigs is photographing conferences and events here in beautiful Hobart. I’ve done hundreds over the years. Hobart has some amazing event venues in and around the city. One of the appeals of Hobart is the proximity to everything – most venues are close to food, bars, shopping and attractions; on top of all of this is a beautiful harbour and if your lucky, maybe even some snow. Seriously, we have it all.
I do travel to the North of Tasmania to photograph conferences and events too.
I have had an enormous uptick in enquires about event photography over the last few months, which I’m hoping is a line through the downturn caused by the preventative measures implemented during the pandemic.
Lets see where we go from here.
