Quite a while ago for a short time I used to be a television director. The presenter of one of the national television programs I worked on had a great saying – “just wait until you put the dancing girls in there”. What he meant was we’re just creating the components of the final product.
Here is an example of that. It took time to capture all of these images of these amazing food dishes at the Shoreline Hotel, but when I see them used in the final product I smile. I have been doing food photography in Hobart based restaurants, cafes, etc for a long time and I enjoy seeing my food photography images around all the time.
I like the format of this social media post too (I did that also), but then again, I understand we just need to add some “dancing girls”…
