Nearly a decade ago I was hired to do the dual role of phototgraph several accommodation venues here in Hobart, and to make videos out of the images.
Accommodation photography is always interesting. Like many other Hobart photographers, we all have captured hotels, houses, venues, etc. while doing wedding photography, but being known as the accommodation guy is kind of cool.
In this case, I was both taking the still images and editing a video for Youtube – hey, it saved on paying a videographer too!
My career befor being a phototographer Hobart, was working for the ABC as an editor and producer at times (I directed many Gardening Australia segenets and links). So editing a bunch of clips for this client was fun.
Beautiful properties are easy to capture, and these were fantastic places to stay in Hobart.
