The travelling photographer

As a photographer based in Hobart, I love taking my cameras with me when I travel interstate and overseas.

There is a saying – “the best camera is the camera you have with you”. Luckily these days, we all have our phone cameras with us perminately. I’ve got to say, phone cameras are getting pretty good.I recently took my one of my cameras to Cairns in FNQ and simply didn’t use it, I used my iPhone instead. I got great images, but not at the professional quality that I’m used to. Then again, it’s not that my holiday photos are going to used in the same way my wedding or corporate photography would be. Convenience over quality won the day.
